U13 Blues vs Seaton Carew

The Blues were at home today for only their second home game of the season. Meeting Seaton Carew for the return fixture having met them earlier in the season.

Thirsk were looking to extend their unbeaten run to six straight games and started the game brightly in their familiar format.

The Blues controlled pretty the entire first half, creating opportunity after opportunity.

Goal fever had crept in however which lead to a lot of chances being rushed but the boys showed good character to stick at it knowing that eventually something would stick, and stick it did.
